Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onsitesafetyco@gmail.com
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect address entered at checkout
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
